Linear Gradient Update
Adding a linear gradient to a preset used to apply to with the original rotation, meaning you had to create specific presets for a rotation. Now with 14.0 it honors the rotation

Sync Workflow Updates
Support has been added to handle local sync DB corruption.
You can see the Sync Activity in Sync Preference Window. Stuck Assets can be deleted from the window, by right clicking on the path of the file which is syncing and select All synced Photographs/Cloud option
- Sync status in Preference window with Remove option
- Added a new button in General tab, to generate simple diagnostics log
Sync status is shown in diagnostic reports.
- To analyze stuck-sync issues, asset status and file names that are syncing or downloading is added.
Note: From LrC 13.3 onwards, there is no restriction on the file size to be uploaded. (In earlier releases, the limitation was 200 MB.)
Edit in PS workflow updates
improvements to the Edit in PS workflow. From the Lightroom Classic preferences, you now can choose between Photoshop Beta and the Photoshop Release version of the same year in Windows.
Performance Improvements – bug fixes and lens support
To update, go to Help menu > Updates or click the Update button in the CC app. Sometimes logging out of the CC app and logging back in helps. The updates are staggered around the world to avoid overloading the servers.
